Make the most out of every call by talking about Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)!
Whether you are new to IAQ or already offering solutions, this event is a great way to get involved or brush up! IAQ solutions are a way to take your business to the next level and increase your margins. Helping your customers breathe easier will help foster a long and genuine relationship with them.
This course is intended to be an introduction to IAQ for all HVAC professionals. Anyone who sells, installs or services HVAC equipment will benefit from this training including anyone who answers your phone. A basic understanding of IAQ will help individuals identify and find solutions for problems that arise due to poor indoor air quality whether it is in the workplace or at home. IAQ solutions will be explored and tips on how to present and sell them to your clients.
Rob Ambrosetti is a Certified Indoor Environmentalist who will lead this session and answer your questions. He has over thirty years experience in the HVAC industry and is passionate about IAQ! His company, KGG Consulting, develops IAQ sales and training programs for major HVAC manufacturers in North America.
If you have the North American Technician Excellence certification (NATE), this course will earn one (1) Continuing Education Hour (CEH).
